Purchasing courses

Our website guides you through the steps to purchasing courses. Please ensure you read all terms and conditions and review your ‘cart’ before purchasing.

By paying for a course you are entering into a contract with me (Lucy Williams).

Receiving your payment will secure your booking. You will receive an email from us  to confirm your oder.

Attending

Before each course we will send out an email with specific information, so you are prepared and ready for your course.

Cancelation

If you are unable to attend a course we will endeavour to fill your place. Offering you a 90% refund if we are able to fill your place. If we are unable to fill your place you will forfeit the fee. If you book and pay but do not attend the course, no refund will be given. No refunds can be given if you cancel or fail to attend. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the course, you’ll receive a full refund. If a course is postponed due to unforeseeable circumstances we will inform you of a replacement date at the earliest date possible. Course bookings are not transferable.
